Letters of Administration For Edith Diana Briggs
In His Majesty's High Court of Justice, The District Probate Registry at
Birmingham, be it known that Edith Diana Wilcox of 88 Greenhill Road,
Handsworth, Birmingham 21, died there on the 25th day of April 1943, intestate,
and be it further known that at the date hereunder written Letters of
Administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the
personal representative of the said intestate were granted by His Majesty's High
Court of Justice at the District Probate Registry thereof at Birmingham, to
George Montgomery Wilcox of 88 Greenhill Road aforesaid retired carpenter and
joiner, the lawful husband of the said intestate.
And it is hereby certified that an affadavit for Inland Revenue has been
delivered wherein it is shown that the gross value of the said estate in Great
Britain (exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or
entitled to as a trustee and not beneficially) amounts to £45. 8s 9d.
